1. Purpose

These Terms govern the Find Friends Android application (the “App”) provided by Acrevibe Studio (trade name: Bom Studio) (the “Operator”).

2. Service

1. The App is a local-first picture-search game that stores gameplay progress, settings, and completion records on the device.
2. Ordinary play is available without Google Play Games Services (“Play Games”).
3. The App may provide stages, characters, music, and advertising. Availability varies by country, device, consent status, network, and App version.
4. When explicitly requested in Settings, the App may connect to Play Games and synchronize records. This does not automatically create a Find Friends account or separate Find Friends cloud save.

3. Acceptance and changes

1. To the extent permitted by law, installing or using the App means the user accepts these Terms. A user who does not accept them must not use the App.
2. The Operator may change these Terms for legal, security, service, or operational reasons.
3. Changes will be posted on the App or this page with an effective date and material-change summary. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

4. User obligations

Users must not violate law or these Terms; interfere with the App, ads, rewarded features, networks, or another user; copy, distribute, sell, rent, modify, reverse engineer, or bypass protections; misuse an account, permission, or identifier; overload a server or delivery service with automation or abnormal requests; or infringe another person’s rights, privacy, or reputation.

5. Content and intellectual property

Rights in the App, software, interface, logo, characters, stages, music, images, text, and other content belong to the Operator or the relevant rights holder. The user receives only a limited, revocable, personal, non-commercial right to use the App. Commercial use or redistribution requires separate permission.

6. Advertising and third-party services

1. The App may use Google Mobile Ads SDK for interstitial, rewarded, banner, or other ads. Availability and frequency depend on country, consent, inventory, and network.
2. Advertising and consent management may be subject to Google policies. See the Privacy Policy and provider policies.
3. Play Games has separate Google and Play Games terms and policies. Ordinary local play remains available if connection is cancelled or not completed.
4. The App may use AWS or another content-delivery service to download public game content.

7. Changes and suspension

The Operator may change features, content, ad formats, external integrations, or supported devices. It may limit or suspend service for security, outages, maintenance, legal compliance, third-party changes, or a user’s violation. The Operator will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation across all networks, devices, operating systems, app stores, or third-party services.

8. Ending use and local data

1. Users can delete local data by uninstalling the App or clearing App data in Android Settings. Backup and device transfer depend on Android and manufacturer settings.
2. If Play Games or remote records are enabled, uninstalling the App may not delete information held by Google or another provider.
3. No approved public remote-record or account-deletion procedure currently exists. Before enabling remote records, the Operator will publish a deletion request procedure through help@bomstudio.co.kr and update the Privacy Policy and this section.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and is not guaranteed to work without interruption on every environment or produce a particular result. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

10. Minors

The App is not designed primarily for children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If minors may use the App in a particular region, the Operator will apply that region’s advertising, privacy, consumer-protection, and parental-consent requirements.

11. Governing law and venue

These Terms and disputes are governed by applicable law. Mandatory rights and remedies available to a user under applicable law are not limited by this section.

Questions about gameplay, accessibility, local progress, Play Games, or privacy may be sent to help@bomstudio.co.kr. Korean and English inquiries are accepted, and the Operator aims to provide an initial response within 2–3 business days.
